Chef Brad, along with his wife Melanie, bring over 25 years of experience in the food service industry including full service dining and catering , fine dining, fast casual, and everything in between to Bernard's Landing at Smith Mountain Lake. The goal is to bring the same success and hospitality they achieved along with Ray, Sue, and Ray Ray Wilson at Napoli Cowboy on Burnt Chimney Road, serving Certified Angus Beef steak and locally sourced seafood.
